ContactUs, beyond the obvious, is the auto-response user associated with the Industry Canada Digital Collections Project.
write to it at: contactus@collections.gc.ca
This is the auto-response I got:

Thank you for your message, addressed to Canada's Digital Collections program (CDC). We will reply to any message which has not been effectively answered by this general reply within the next working day.

Please note that Canada's Digital Collections program is a youth employment program run by Industry Canada. Industry Canada offers the digital collections to the public as a showcase of the work of the young people who were employed under the program.

Information on the program, including information on how to apply for funding, may be found on the CDC Web site, at http://collections.ic.gc.ca.

Industry Canada does not maintain its mailbox for the purpose of receiving commercial solicitations of any type, and will not make purchases of any sort as a result of unsolicited offers sent to this address.

While the digital collections created by young people provide a great deal of information about Canada, the CDC Web site is not a portal to information about Canada. The program staff does not have resources to maintain a collection of links. As a result, we cannot accept links to other sources of information about Canada.

Our limited resources do not allow us to answer requests for information about Canada, even where such questions follow up upon material which is to be found on the CDC Web site.

Industry Canada does not accept applications for employment or for internships through this mailbox. Persons seeking employment should consult the Web site of the Public Service Commission of Canada at http://jobs.gc.ca. Students seeking summer employment should contact the Federal Student Work Experience Program at http://jobs.gc.ca/fswep-pfete/student/index_e.htm.

Much of the material exhibited on Canada's Digital Collections has copyright protection and must not be used without first obtaining permission from the holder of the copyright. Industry Canada does not own copyright to any material displayed on Web sites created with funding through its program or hosted on this site. Persons seeking permission to use copyright material from any digital collection should attempt to contact the copyright holder. The majority of the digital collections provide information about the creators of the collections and their sources of information.

Thank you for your interest.
