Derek: Personally I always hated that rule of April Fools ending at noon. Something about half a day of jokes and pranks seems uncivilized.

[Mar-28-2004]: I went to a movie this afternoon and saw this∞. I have to say that I was impressed, but then again, I have to admit that I have a thing for horse movies. I was so in love with horses that I actually wanted to own one when I was a kid. So much for that dream.
In any case, I actually thought that this movie was worth the $11.50. It was like watching "Raiders of the Lost Ark," "Lawrence of Arabia," and "Pharlap" (only horse fans will know that movie) all in one. The fact that it's based on a true story was pretty cool, too. So naturally, I went searching on the web for more facts about the man and his horse∞. I'm also not surprised that Mortenson took on this role. It seemed to be his style of movie considering his obvious love for horses∞.

[Mar-24-2004]:Ok...I need HELP! I need some ideas for an upbeat, old-fashioned song that would go well with a bunch of photos of some children as they've grown up over the years. So far, here are some songs I've thought of using:

Turn, Turn, Turn (but I think this one is not as upbeat as I would like)
Can you think of any others? I need the right song and I'll know it when I see it or hear it. Help? Any suggestions would be great.
