TedBrunt, 26 July 2005: Another example of why Sony sucks in the entertainment division. Stick to tvs and cameras.

TedBrunt, 21 June 2005: A screensaver that logs your keystrokes? No way - gotta be a hoax.

TedBrunt, 20 June 2005: Wow - you can actually see the brothers Chaps going from funny to insane. If you watch TGSquad from issue 1-9, they become horrific and frightening. And yet still funny as all hell.

TedBrunt, 18 June 2005: I am SO liking the new Make mag. They manage to find a way to stream music fromiTunes to your cell via Skype.. Think I'm gonna play with this one a little, just for shits. Ad since I hit level 60 in World of Warcraft 'n all, lol.

TedBrunt, 9 May 2005: Dems that are looking to see the latest photos of my daughter, can check here.

Ha.

[Nov-12-2004]: iBlog
I'm still going to give iBlog a try. It's good because it integrates with your iLife apps. You can attach music to your blog entries! Shit - gonna need more storage.

[Nov-9-2004]: SB EMails.exe
It's true! All of the first 100 Strongbad emails in one place. Joy!

[Nov-8-2004]: Wagon Fulla Pancakes
From Gaiman's almost finished book:

"Beetles," said Professor Mandalay. "I once calculated that, if a man such as myself were to eat six different species of beetle each day, it would take him more than twenty years to eat every beetle that has been identified. And over that twenty years enough new species of beetle might have been discovered to keep him eating for another five years. And in those five years enough beetles might have been discovered to keep him eating for another two and a half years, and so on, and so on. It is a paradox of inexhaustibility. I call it Mandalay's Beetle. You would have to enjoy eating beetles, though," he added, "or it would be a very bad thing indeed."

[Nov-7-2004]: Dark Forces
I can't imagine being seduced by the dark side, when Natalie Portman is sitting right there...

[Nov-6-2004]: lol

[Nov-6-2004]: IQ Chart
I'm not sure which is more depressing - the terrible average American IQ, or the fact that most of the higher ones voted Kerry and he still lost. Pretty sure this is fake, but it's fun watching the average creative person, who tends to vote liberal/demo, use their skills to taunt the conservatives. And the typical conservative response is "fuck you and leave my country!". Which may wind up validating the chart results in an anecdotal way!

[Nov-5-2004]: Incredible Incredibles
It's true - the movie is STUNNING & funny. Design is superb. Good review here.

[Nov-4-2004]: Kerry Won
Well, this was bound to happen - this dude suggests that there was a miscount in Ohio, just like in Florida last time. Makes you wonder, though at this point it's all moot and will not be challenged. I'm not a conspiracy guy at all, but this whole vote process seems fucked in so many ways. How many countries spend so much time and so much money electing someone? They say the presedential term is 4 years, but I swear it's 3 + 1 year campaigning, and that's a light estimate.

[Nov-4-2004]: eBay Arrives
Wow. I now have my little X-10 thingie. I am such a moron. Scored this awesome x-10 controller software called Indigo. It can execute scripts based on various events, including email. So I can basically control anything in my house via email, or infrared, etc. They even built a plugin for iTunes so you can use a wireless remote to swap songs, etc. Will come in handy. The controller has memory built-in, so you can basically program the house and download it to the controller, so you don't need to have your computer running to have it run events. I am going to hook up some lights and drive Heather nuts from work.

JoanneSouaid: So, were you happy with the purchase process? How long did it finally take to arrive? Would you buy from them again?
TedBrunt: Happy yes. I am not sure I would buy from the US again - the shipping delay can be massive. But the overall price was still cheaper than buying local. Best case scenario is that I will use it to shop, and if something is available in Canada, I will buy it. The whole PayPal thing is great once you've got it set up. I would do that first - it can take a few days.
